That doesn't help much because you have to go up a large hill to get out of the complex, which is difficult if it's covered in snow and ice. I wouldn't recommend walking around these parts too much as it is not a pedestrian friendly area, though you can walk to practically anywhere around here. It is mostly quiet around here and we don't have any issues with other people that live here, except for when your neighbors are running water.
Our apartment is very, very spacious for two people and the closet space is unmatched by any other complex in the area. I lived here for 4 years, and already greatly miss the management, reasonable rent price, and amenities.
